Our Approach to Primary Care

Primary care works best when it is continuous. Rather than treating each visit as an isolated problem, Dr. Molinar uses your history, prior results and past conversations to decide what deserves attention now and what should be watched over time. That approach shapes routine wellness visits, sick visits, and the long-term follow-up that conditions like diabetes, hypertension or asthma require.

Family-Centered Primary Care

Families rarely have one set of health needs. A single household may need a well-child visit, a school physical, a blood pressure recheck and a Medicare wellness visit in the same month. Because Rising Sun is a family medicine practice, those visits can happen in one office, with one physician who knows how the family fits together.

Our El Paso Practice

The office is at 210 Thunderbird Dr. Ste. W, El Paso, TX 79912, just off North Mesa Street and Thunderbird Drive in West El Paso, with free onsite parking and accessible entrances. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.
