New Patients Welcome

Rising Sun Family Primary Care is accepting new patients of all ages at our office on Thunderbird Drive in West El Paso. Here is what to expect before your first visit with Dr. Molinar.

Becoming a Patient

Because Rising Sun is a family medicine practice, one household can establish care together – children, parents and grandparents. Your first visit is usually longer than a routine follow-up so there is time to review your history, current medications and the concerns you want addressed. If you are transferring from another El Paso practice, bringing recent records or lab results helps us avoid repeating tests.

Requesting Your First Appointment

Send an appointment request through our contact page with your name, phone number and the reason for your visit, and our staff will follow up to schedule. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Same-day and walk-in sick visits are available based on daily availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

What to Bring

For children, please also bring immunization records and any school or sports forms that need to be completed.

Insurance & Payment

We work with most insurance plans and offer discounted self-pay rates.

Our complete list of accepted insurance plans is coming soon. Please contact our office to verify your individual coverage before your visit.
